According to their website, the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks & Recreation Authority (VLPRA) board meets Thursday:

I don't have a detailed agenda, but their website says they'll vote on rental rates, and they include links to:

They've also got a links to two other items, although their website doesn't say whether those other items will be voted on at this meeting:
